This modern family home was a full restoration of and addition to a 1970’s modernist block along the promenade in Cape St Francis. It makes use of simple clean lines and materials to enclose the internal and external spaces whilst allowing the abundant views and light to flood in from the east. The color palette is taken directly from its surroundings.
