House Keichel on the St Francis Links was completed at the end of 2015. It features a concealed skylight above the entrance and stairwell which is only visible from above. The plan takes the shape of a pinwheel, allowing for four separate wings to rotate around the central circulation space. The main living areas to the north enjoy panoramic views over the golf course to the mountains and bay beyond. The main wing extending out to the north creates two distinct external living spaces ideal for seeking shelter from the prevailing winds.
